Attila Galaczi launched Scandinavia’s most successful independent Urban Music label Juju Records while simultaneously managing many of Sweden’s most successful Urban music artists. Many of these artists have released several gold and platinum records. He spearheaded promotion and sales and secured distribution deals in Europe and Asia, as well as an unprecedented distribution deal in Scandinavia.

After releasing 4 albums with the artist Timbuktu and winning a Grammy in the category Best Hip Hop/Soul, Best Writer and Best Hip Hop/Soul, Attila released the critically acclaimed album ”Alla Vill Till Himmelen”, and won 2 Grammys for best writer and best hip hop/soul. The album was certified Gold and Platinum. He currently runs a successful management/publishing company developing writers and producers throughout the UK, Spain and Sweden.

Jonathan First was most recently President of United World Sports – a sports media and production company based in NY. In one year, Jonathan led the company from a loss into profit with a swing of over $3 Million in additional revenue. Prior to UWS, Jonathan launched a joint-venture with Universal Music Group called Uninhibited Entertainment, a multi-media company specializing in developing special markets for music, television and film properties.

Among the properties he created with Universal was bringing Saturday Night Live to Germany, where he produced the show on RTL with local talent. Before that, Jonathan was President of Edel America Records (EAR), the North American record label of Edel Music AG. Jonathan built EAR from inception to
grossing more than $60 Million. While at Edel, he created a strategic partnership between Disney and Edel, which allowed Edel to achieve $500 Million in sales and achieve a market cap of $1 Billion.

Tyesh Harris has developed successful marketing strategies for multiplatinum, Grammy award winning, world-class artists such as Alicia Keys, Nicky Minaj, Lauren Hill / The Fugees, Mariah Carey and implemented strategies for several non-music brands including Lincoln, Ford, Coca Cola, American Airlines and American Express.

She was instrumental in crossing Latin recording artists Bad Bunny, Farruko and Fuego over to the United States by targeting mainstream audiences. Tyesh has secured recording, publishing and licensing deals for Urban music and Latin Trap artists hailing from Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Columbia. As a founding partner at PENTG, Tyesh has made a career of creating brands, launching brands and repairing brands.

Thierry Fortune has over 20 years’ experience leading market research and communications consulting, media production and marketing advertising projects across industries. Thierry Fortune is an award winning producer and has executed multiplatform marketing initiatives innovatively using broadcast media, print, outdoor, social media, digital and streaming media services.

Thierry has launched new products, new movies and television working on over 70 television, movie and music projects providing market research and marketing services to companies such as New Line Cinema, Sony Pictures and Disney. After a career at Citi and Mastercard, he joined a socially responsible marketing start-up with the mission of serving disadvantaged urban youth.
